Impact of Bullwhip Effect in Quality and Waste in Perishable Supply Chain

چکیده
The bullwhip effect results from inefficiencies in the supply chain; perishable products, are quality chain and product waste. We carried out a literature review to determine causes of chain’s factors this phenomenon’s products. Update demand, level deterioration product, number intermediaries is most investigated. On other hand, product’s safety information supplies products more researched. Future research should address human behavior that affect goods chain.
